We believe in the value of education/training and understand practicing and aspiring surgeons require flexible, robust learning platforms. To support these needs, we partner with our manufacturers and education/training facilities to offer a variety of programs including internationally attended Surgeon Summits, local and regional lab trainings, opportunities for live case observation, peer to peer cadaveric training and grand round support.

Our local education/training partner has a state-of-the-art facility that is outfitted with the following features:

• Spacious auditorium with stadium seating and cutting-edge audiovisual equipment

• A large conference room, equipped with a projector and screen, capable of comfortably seating 14 people

• A cafe, with several large lcd TVs, designed for catered meals and refreshments

• Locker rooms with individual private lockers and keys for the storage of personal items and clothes. Scrubs, towels and other PPE are conveniently located within each of the separate male and female locker rooms

• Two simulated operating rooms that are well- appointed and designed to offer guest surgeons the realistic functioning environment of an actual OR in a private setting

• 3,000 square foot wet lab with 16 individual bioskills stations. Generous spacing between the stations enables comfortable utilization of on‐site C‐arms, endoscopic, arthroscopic and laparoscopic towers, and other surgical equipment
